Seattle's Winter Wonderland! - Complete with enough snow to go sledding

and build a family of snowmen.  The trees are beautiful - ladden with

glistening snow as we take our evening walk through our quiet Shoreline

neighborhood. While Real Estate sales have slowed, pricing for the most part

continues to rise in the Seattle Puget Sound Metropolitan area. The Seattle

Times of  Sunday, November 26, 2006, reported  King County's median price

is $432,600. up 13.8 % from a year ago.  State-wide the median sale price of

a home in the third quarter was $300,900.-- up 11.7 % from the third quarter of

2005.  Although costs are challenging for first-time homebuyers, we have some

excellent programs available to assist families with combined income less than

$92,000.  Call Deanna  for details @ 206/234-7339
